Banana rotti

Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
1 big ripe banana
1 tea spn jaggery
1/2 cup coconut
Oil/ghee
Salt
Method:
Cook banana, jaggery and salt in 1/2 cup water. Turn off the heat.
When it is still hot, add rice flour, coconut and mix. Spread it on the hot tava with hand. Apply oil and fry from both sides.
Serve hot.
