தேவையானவை:
Almonds 12 tblsps.
Milk 2 cups
Sugar 8 tblsps.
Cardamom(powdered) As required
Saffron A pinch
செய்முறை:
1.Take some hot water and soak the almonds in it for some hours.
2.Then peel and slice the almonds.
3.In a saucepan, heat milk, add sugar and boil till it thickens slightly.
4.Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a little time.
5.Take off from the flame.
6.Serve hot with puris.
